Refund Policy

We don’t offer returns or refunds - only replacements in special cases

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or returned under normal circumstances. We only offer replacement in case of spoilt, damaged or wrong items.

Damaged Items

If the product received is spoilt, damaged or not what you ordered please mail or whatsapp us with the order number and a few photographs of the item. Please give us 24 hours to reply back.

After consideration if your replacement is approved, we will immediately ship the replacement to you, no fuss.

 

As our commitment to minimise waste we would request you to mail the damaged item back to us at the address mentioned below, if possible. No compulsion, but if you do it would help us save on waste and cost by reusing the packaging tin.
